Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is supported by Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited (“the Bank”).
- The Bank reserves the right to grant one reward per person during the promotion period and will only provide rewards to those who meet all the conditions set by the Bank.
- Customers must purchase health insurance between 1 May 2026 - 31 July 2026, and will receive cashback based on the plan selected:
- Lite Plan: 100 Bath cashback
- Medium Plan: 200 Bath cashback
- Value Plan: 400 Bath cashback
- Maxi Plan: 500 Bath cashback
Additionally, customers must have an active deposit account with the Bank in order to receive the cashback. - Customers must enter the referral code cashback and select the annual premium payment option for the first year only.
- This benefit is only available to customers with an active deposit account with the Bank, and the account must remain open for at least 30 business days after the promotion period ends.
- In the event of any modification, changes, or additions to the promotion’s terms and conditions and/or changes to the benefits and/or cancellation of the promotion, for any reason, the Bank will notify customers in advance.
