How to Pay Loan Bills

Payment via the Loan menu. 

Step 1

Go to the "Asset" menu, select “Pay bill” for selected loan.

Select "KKP Better" or “Pay Now”  to proceed to the loan payment page.
Step 3

Select payment amount.
  • If there's an outstanding balance: Select full payment, minimum payment or enter amount.
  • If there's no outstanding balance: Enter the amount you want to pay.

Review the amount and tap "Confirm".
Step 5

Enter PIN to confirm the transaction.
Step 6

Step 6

Transaction completed.

Payment via QR Code.

Go to loan details, select "Pay Bill" or tap "Pay Now".
Step 2

Select "QR Code payment" for QR code generation.
Step 3

Step 3

If there's an outstanding balance, you can select the amount to generate the QR Code.
Step 4

Step 4

If there's no outstanding balance, enter the amount you wish to pay, then tap “Next”.
Step 5

Step 5

The system will generate a QR Code for your payment. Tap "Save QR Code" to scan and pay with any banking app.
