How to Renew Motor Insurance

Renew instantly for complete coverage - quick and easy in just a few clicks.

Step 1

Tap "Notifications" on your phone screen or open the KKP Better app and go to "Inbox".

Step 2

Enter your PIN for identity verification.

Step 3

Enter your phone number and preferred callback time.

Step 4

Review your policy and tap "Renew Policy".

Step 5

Review your vehicle, policyholder, and delivery information, then tap "Confirm".

Step 6

Select a payment method.

After payment is complete, the insurer will send a confirmation email and deliver your policy via your selected channel within 7-14 business days following approval.
