How to Request Statements

Request account statements anytime, anywhere through KKP Better app.

Step 1

Go to the "Cash" menu and tap "Statement" for your desired account.

Step 2

If this button is not visible, please tap "More" first, then select this function.

Step 3

Select the number of months to retrieve past statements, or set a custom date range (Month-Year). Then, select your preferred language and tap "Submit".

Step 4

The statement request has been successfully processed.

The document will be sent to your email in PDF format.
