How to cancel KKP PromptPay

Go to All Services page.

Select “KKP PromptPay”
from the All Services page.

Tap the pencil icon to access the KKP PromptPay edit menu.

On the Edit KKP PromptPay page, tap the trash bin icon at the top right corner to cancel the PromptPay registration.

Enter your PIN to complete the cancellation.

KKP PromptPay registration canceled successfully.
