How to Add/Remove Accounts

How to add a new accounts. (Customers under 15 years old can only add their KKP Savvy account)

Tap "Manage" at the top-right of the Account page, or select "Manage Accounts" from the Account Details page.

Tap “Add Account”.
Step 3

Set a display name and enter the account number.
Step 4

Review all information and tap "Confirm".

Enter the OTP code to verify your mobile phone number.

Account added successfully.

How to remove unused accounts.

Tap "Manage" at the top-right of the Account page, or select "Manage Accounts" from the Account Details page.

Select “Delete Account”.
Step 3

Tap “Delete”.
Step 4

Step 4

Account removed successfully. 
Note: Removing an account only removes it from the app and is not a permanent account closure.
