How to Transfer Money from a Box

Easily transfer, pay, top up, or move money between your boxes.

1. Organize money between your Boxes.

Step 1

Go to the “Deposits” menu.

Select the KKP Savvy account, then choose Better Box by click “view all.”

Step 2

Tap “Transfer/Pay”.

Select “Better Box” organize money between your Boxes.

Step 3

Select the destination Box
Enter the amount
Tap “Move Money” to confirm the transaction

Step 4

Transaction successful.

2. Transfer Out: Send money to other accounts or banks.

Step 1

Go to the “Deposits” menu.
Select the KKP Savvy account, then choose Better Box by click “view all.”

Step 2

Tap “Transfer/Pay”.
Select “Transfer to other”.

Step 3

Select the receiving bank or PromptPay
Enter account/PromptPay number

Step 4

Enter the amount
Review all information, then tap "Confirm"

3. Bill Payment: Such as credit cards, insurance, or loans.

Step 1

Go to the “Deposits” menu.
Select the KKP Savvy account, then choose Better Box by click “view all.”

Step 2

Tap “Transfer/Pay”.
Select “Bill Payment”.

Step 3

Select the biller
Enter the reference number

Step 4

Enter the amount
Review all information, then tap "Confirm"

4. Top-Up: Such as Easy Pass or e-Wallets.

Step 1

Go to the “Deposits” menu.
Select the KKP Savvy account, then choose Better Box by click “view all.”

Step 2

Tap “Transfer/Pay”.
Select “Top-Up”.

Step 3

Select the service provider
Enter the reference/PromptPay number

Step 4

Enter the amount
Review all information, then tap "Confirm"

* If the Better Box system is unavailable, customers can still perform outgoing transactions as usual. The amount will be deducted according to the withdrawal order set by the customer.
